For all my waiting fans

So I've apparently been a bit remiss about keeping up on this thing. Suffice to say, I haven't had a whole lot to write about. But as I ponder the work I should be doing, I figured, "What better time to add a little prose to my journal".

Not much new since my job was outsourced back in January. I'm still doing the same job, (though not at the moment) and I'm still being paid less than market value for a computer technician. The up-side, however is that the end of my 3 month probation period with the outsource company that hired me for the job I lost is approaching. This, hopefully, will mean more $. If not, then I rely on my wits and my wife's new promotion with the Clark Co. Library to support me. Good things come to those that wait.

Down-sides- The wife's job is in Laughlin, NV, so now my performing days in Vegas are numbered. I'm having to step the role of father now, which is great, but I miss the friends that I've been performing with for almost two years. Life goes on.

If all works out, I will leave my old/new job sometime in late summer and devote more time to the pursuits of acting. I was hoping that I would start sooner, (having an audition with "Blue Man Group" last week), but so far, no call-back. Not to worry. Things happen for a reason.

Finally got a DVD copy of the movie I did with ACADEMY AWARD NOMINEE, Gary Busey. Haven't watched it yet (though I'd seen it twice already). Needless to say, my daughter is anxious about seeing her daddy on the TV. I may arrange a viewing for some friends down here, but I have to be cautious about any copyright infringements. As it stands, I'm probably one of only a dozen or so people that have a copy of it. BTW you can view the trailer of "Shadowlands" on my website.

That's about as exciting as it gets right now. Not very prolific. I apologize. You waited almost three months for an update, and all you get is......well....an update. Go figure.
